Hi all, I guess Ive been absent too long.
Thanks for the invite back Tux, its been a long hard road lately.
Ive had a few challenges lately. I was feeling some severe pain in my hips and girly parts and was checked for it. At first they were highly concerned and it looked like cervical cancer. Thats bad. However, it turned out to be cervixitis, which is treatable.
Ive had three surguries since, and they removed the cysts and have been making sure that Im going to be ok, which means Im also taking lots of medications, some of which make me tired and some make me jittery.
Im on the road to recovery though so no worries. I didnt say anything about it before because until I knew wether I was dying or not, it didnt make sense to worry any of my friends. Since Im not, no harm done, right?
Ive worked on my Legacies story some more lately, and have posted it up on the BSGClub site, since they are crazy enough to give me space to rant there. So well, thats about all Ive got at the moment, except, thanks for the kind words, I understand beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes straight to the bone, hahahhaha.

Hey Im thinking of posting some of the Legacies stuff here, Im also working on my first truely seperate story that is not officially connected to the Legacies universe. I dunno maybe it is. I also have a story Ive written based on WWII submarine warfare, set in the future, and made into a scifi adventure. Its set in the anime world of Jovian Chronicals, if anyones ever heard of that. Its sorta dark and realistically nitty gritty, but its also based on actual real life events that happenned here on Earth in the Atlantic in WWII. Instead of Nazi's they are CEGA, and instead of submarines they are space ships.
In my off time Im just finishing my externship and am finally fully graduated now from school as a medical administrative assistant with heavy RN skills. Im not an RN, dont let me sound like I am, Im not but I can do pretty much anything an RN can except Im not certified to do injections and some other minor proceedures. Really theres not much difference, but Im not into needles so its fine for me.
If anyones interested, just let me know and I will post up the Jovian Chronicals story, its lengthy and a bit on the dull side, but starkly realistic.
Legacies has taken on a new life on the BSGClub board, and Im playing in a RPG there as well, its fun.
Well, Im gonna try and be here more often, you guys are my favorite board of all, and I feel horrid that Ive been so tardy in my visits. Im sorry. Please let a silly old war dagget come home

Kiddo, glad to hear you are doing better. Got news for you. Friends are supposed to be there when things suck and you might be dying. If it had turned out yo were, your fear and sorrow is our time to comfort, if you were not, we get to rejoice. Captain Tux's rule of friendship.
I am not a nice man, but I am a true friend. Much love, Tabbi!

ok cliche but hey, it sounds better than my motto... Life isnt about the number of breaths you take, its about the number or moments that take your breath away...

But not everyone can be a super model. If so there would be more than a dozen in all the world. I see Ms Spang as being a cut above the Cindy Crawfords of the world. She is in a class all her own.
Interesting comparison. Personally, I have never found CC to be as drop dead slobber material as she is often played up to be. On the other hand, I found LS/Cassie to be a very desireable woman, on several levels. I admit I think I'd go for her just about any day, given a choice.
