Where do you see the character of Cassie going to if there had been a second season?

Well, I would have hoped back into more revealing dresses.

..hmm Hard one...

I see her going out (or maybe coming in!) a door sometime during the season, and going left! She might go right too if she needs to

I really want to hear what you think would have happened to Cassie............Would she have stayed with Starbuck?  EWould she have gone on to become a doctor?  Go into pilot training to keep an eye on Starbuck?Huh?

I think she and SB would have sealed to each other, *and* she'd become at least an asst Dr.

I agree with Warrior - she and Starbuck would have been sealed (the wedding of the prime-time season, IMHO), but she would become a full-fledged Doctor (or at least working towards it by the end of the season).

I don't see Cassie in the cockpit of a Viper.  Athena, yes.  Cassie, no.

I would have liked to have seen some of her Socialator past come up - maybe as how that training supplemented (or really became) her medical training - or maybe running into that Gemon woman again....

I agree with Dawg and Warrior. I think she and Starbuck would have sealed and had a couple of kiddies, I don't see Cassi as being the type to be in a viper either.

I would have liked to seen her have a confrontation with that Gemonese woman again, it would have been catfight city! Claws and all!

They wouldn't have been sealed.  That's what we all wanted to see.  That's why the supposed marriage in Cheers didn't work with the first love interest.  And why it killed it when Sam tried to have a baby in the second.

Well, I hope Cassie and Starbuck wouldn't have sealed.  I'll always remember Starbuck talking to Chameleon about how he'd seal one day when they found Earth.  I sort of see him as more committed to his job, than any one woman.  Actually, the mere thought of Starbuck sealing kind of gives me the jitters.

As for Cassie, any woman who could change careers from socialator to med tech so quickly and efficiently, is one smart mushie.  I could see her going on in medical training, and spending more time committing to her own career.  Question being, would Starbuck tolerate a woman who was more committed to her career than to him?

Hmm?

I don't think he would like it but for Cassie he would tolerate it.  That is why he liked her so much.  Her indepence and intellengence....plus she is beautiful.

Maybe, he would have tolerated it.  Maybe not.  Remember that even in The Hand of God, Cassie was venting to Starbuck about how he would probably find some woman to rescue on the Cylon Base Star that he was going to penetrate with Apollo.  There was obviously some underlying issues re: his flirtatious ways if she decided to bring it up then, when he might not even return.  I don't think it was necessarily fated that their romantic road would have been a smooth one that would inevitably lead to sealing, though it's a lovely, romantic notion.

I wonder what the writers had planned for Starbuck and Cassie in the never-to-be second season.  I know they had planned to kill off Sheba, but I can't recall if I ever heard what the plan was for Cassie.
