There is only one James Bond and that is Sean Connery. Bronson was only a fair substitute.

Jim,

I agree that Sean Connery is the true James Bond.

I think that Bronson was the best choice of actors at the time.

But growing up in the 80's when the James Bond movies were also the coolest of the time, I grew up liking Roger Moore.

Ok, criticize me for my youth...

What scares me, is that they will choose some hip young star.  All action and no class.

I can't think off the top of my head who a contemporary, worthy replacement would be.

I grew up with Roger Moore as well..............
Octopussy and For your eyes only were two of my favorite movies.....not cause they were so great, just because I was pretty young and I loved going to the movies!!!  I never got to see much of Connery prior to that, I grew up in a house of italian women...........go figure Smiley   I liked Brosnan's Bond...................he brought that "english class" oooo do I love that!  I know he is Irish............Irish, english, scotish.........love those accents!!!!! Cool  Cool
