it is a complete snow storm here.  There is a lot of snow with more comming today.  Hubby was in an accident this morning.  He is ok, but the car is not!  Man not a good day.

Sorry to hear about the accident. Guess I should say that today is sunny, clear and 75 degrees

Glad he's OK, which is the most important thing.

We had sun and close to 70 - rare for March. I got the lawn mowed.

I'm celebrating - I start my new job in the morning. So we get oatmeal with honey or brown sugar (go light - I just read an article about how we eat way too much of it).

Julix, rub it in? Of course. Would you prefer a massage with hot oil or not?  Evil

Dawg. Congrats on the new job, what will you be doing?

Admin Assistant. Inventory tracking of vehicles, maintenance on said vehicles, licenses and certifications (including the driver's commercial licenses) and other odds and ends. Nice, casual environment, too. It promises to be a great experience.

Thanks!

Pancakes are good.

If life seems tough sometimes, read the story of these two 16 year old young women. I heard about Jessica back in December and then Jessica told us on her blog about Abby.
Jessica is from Australia and Abby is from Southern California. Both are sailing solo around the world in small sailboats. Abby is a few months younger than Jessica and they are aware of each other. Abby’s parents have talked to Jessica’s parents.
Jessica is almost home (less than 14,000NM from port and Abby is getting ready to go around Cape Horn.
