I got some more news that is troubling today................I had my mamogram done yesterday and they called me this morning saying they want to do an ultrasound on an area they are concerned about.  Two years ago I had a biopsy that turn out ok.  I am really scared, it has been one thing after another and I am not feeling very strong right now...........I am scheduled for wednsday.

juilex. First, know that you are in my prayers. Second, think positive.

Third, from what I understand the mamograms are not 100% correct.

My mothe rwas a cancer survivor at age 39 and died in a car wreck at age 81. And that was back in 1949. Double radical.

Julix honey, don't worry unless it's time to worry. And that time is not now. It is probably nothing but they always have to double check everything for everyone's sake. Big (((hugs))) my buddy-babe.

Julix,

Indeed, this is an alarming piece of news.  I share your concern, but without the magnification since I am not the one in the hot seat.

Platitudes are like band aids over bullet wounds sometimes.  But here goes.  You do not know what the area is yet.  Worry and anxiety will add nothing.  Whatever the result, you deal with it.  It is likely nothing of any serious concern.  Most of the time it is not.

No matter what, you have a family that loves you and you have your extended BSG family every step of the way.

You are in my thoughts and my prayers that this is nothing more than a bad read.  Keep the faith, kiddo.  You'll be fine.  You wanna worry and rant...You post a 20 page post and I am sure everyone will watch and read and take your heart to heart.

Julix,

Keep the faith.  You will worry yourself sick and you don't know the facts...

Finding things out now is 100 times better than finding things out when it's too late.

HUGS!!!!

You are one of the sweetest persons in the world. And I hope you are okay.

Its just a scare now. And I really really hope it turns out to be nothing. It might well be nothing.

But its a good thing you are keeping up with regular checkups.

Best wishes, courage and strength to you and your family!

Your friend

Thanks everyone!
I really need your support right now.  It is weird the thoughts that run through your head at a time like this.  Looking at my kids..........simple things really.  it is sobering.  You realize how much you take for granted and how lucky you really are.  I am lucky to have all of you to turn to.

Reminds me of my grandfather..........Italian imigrant that could barely speak much english.............when he had guests over for a meal, he would tell them to eat up because you would get the same bill no matter what you ate!  So, are you charging me a flat rate or per the hour?

Is it spicy?  My dad did nam.  I've heard...interesting stories.  I had me an interesting , albeit short experience in Kuwait City and the highway of death.

How are you hanging in there, julix?

Keeping your wits about you?

CT, I would say Monkey and Dog with Nuoc Nam would be spicy.

If you can overcome the smell.
