Thanks Shugo(do you mind me calling you that?)

what will you get your Master's in if you don't mind me asking?  I have my Master's degree in higher education, because I was a financial aid counselor.  I worked at several colleges..........I enjoyed it I actually counseled the student as much as helped them with paperwork to get money.............I wanted to get my master's in Psychology........I think I am a natural born counselor.  But I lacked the confidence to go for it at the time..the field is very competative.  My grades wern't the best in Undergrad........I was having way too much fun! Smiley  I ended up with really good grades in my masters.....go figure  Well, lol enough about me!

Welcome! Cheesy

Shugo,

Computer Science is a good field.  Have you decided what type of work you want to do when you are done?

Tried to register on the scifi forum... but someone already registered this handle so I'm going to have to think of something else... if I decided to try to register there...

How about using RealShugo  Huh?  We'd all get the joke!!

Tried to register at cylon.org and some battlestar club.. but they have strict membership rules.. and I guess I didn't meet thier standards... so...

Have you got in at Cylon Alliance (cylon.org) yet?  I had trouble getting on (way back when...)  but it was technically probs and not a refusal. Give it another go, until someone actually says NO, as you are active and visible on a few boards and unlikely to be considered (totally) suss!!

I'm sure you've lurked there a bit, so you know it is a free speech board and the debate can get a bit robust about nuBSG, but that is more than outweighed by all the other discussions on the wider range of classic SF

Hope to see you over there sometime..
Cheers,
Lara

As far as I know, with Cylon.org...you have to have an actual ISP email addy.  They won't take addys for Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
