I went to go see this movie today and i have to say, it is a hard movie to describe,  it is visually stunning and had unbeleivable special effects that one review said were not CGI.  Amazing.  At the heart of it is a love story that takes place in three different time periods.  the local reviewer had trouble keeping up and i can see it could be a movie that may be hard for some people to follow,  it is complex and goes back and forth between time periods.  I did really like it and feel it is a story that should be given a chance for it's uniqueness as well as it's message.  I always support Sci-fi which this movie is considered.  i would love to hear anyone else's thoughts who see this film.  it has Hugh Jackman and one of my favorite female actresses...Rachel Weitz.

here is the trailer again

Hanging out for its release down here: we were supposed to get it in October and they even showed trailers on TV and then it got pushed out to 'post Xmas" so now we won't see it until the Long Weekend in Jan.

Its had mixed reviews, so its a 'great if it suits you' movie. I'm fine with that, I HATE cookie cutter Hollywood  movies and prefer a little more risk taking in  scripts.

I'll give it a go becasue its a time spanning, metaphysical, and has Hugh Jackman in a lead role. Three good reasons to spend $15.

Cheers,
