I have actually watched those, they are pretty good for fan films.
Way better than one would expect, specially in the special effects department.

I did see some of them and yes, it was very well done! Trek fans (well Sci-fi fans) have boundless talents

Many Trek Fan Fic writers are very good also. In fact Many writers in the Enterprise group I belong to are excellent writers.
Mine ended up having a definite BSG connection which is how I eneded up on BSG

The BSG are also on the forum. There has been a lull as I just finished betaing a new story at the forum called "A Coward shall lead them" As well as writing in the Queen of Swords genre.
