I keep hearing about it.  Check over at Tombs - those guys will have a link for you if you ask them for it.

I had seen it before and again on the news last night. It reminds me of the pictures I have seen of the Big Foot/Yeti photos that have been around for years.

Did you know that there's a British sci-fi show called "Life on Mars" that's pretty popular amongst the folks over at Tombs?

I've not seen it.  Bill and Peter would be the people I'd ask about it.

It's a petrified sasquatch over there on Mars. That's where they originated from, before they rode a comet over and immigrated to Earth ages ago. Up in the northern regions it is recorded in ancient writings that the first one uttered upon landing here, the now famous phrase, "One large footprint for sasquatch, one giant leap for sasquatch-kind."

It's true, didn't ya know?

Petrified Sasquatches aside...Wink
Life on Mars...it's so obvious. Why do so many people still dig their heels in at the idea? Makes no sense to me.

I 100% agree. Smiley
I think some people are actually scared of the idea which makes no sense to me either.

Oddly enough, the folks I know who most reject the idea of extraterrestrial life, are people with degrees! By which I mean scientific. All the "religious" people I've discussed it with have no problem with the idea of alien life, be it microbes or guys with three heads. The one that comes to mind who most vocally eschewed the idea had a four-year geochemistry degree.
Something in science education?

Interesting comments.
I too wonder if it's something in science education?
We surely can't still be in the dark ages?  Huh?

God help us, I sure hope not. Sometimes, I think the modern scientific establishment is part of the problem.
